SMS Terms — Brownwood Pumps Job Updates

What they are. Texts about jobs you have booked with Brownwood Pumps: when your job is confirmed, when our crew is on the way, and when the job is complete. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you sign up. When you book a job, our office asks whether you would like text updates about it, and records your answer — the exact wording is on our Job Update Texts page. Agreeing is not a condition of booking a job with us.
How often. Usually no more than three messages per job.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (956) 961-4078, or email Accts@brownwoodpumps.com.
Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no more after that. Reply START to begin receiving them again.
Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. How we handle your information, including your mobile number, is set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing.
