- When you book or ask about a job: your name or company name, phone number, email address, the job site address or location, a site contact’s name and phone number, and the details of the job.
- When you use our contact form: the name, email address, phone number and message you send us.
How we use it
To schedule and carry out your job, to contact you about it, to send you job update text messages if you agree to receive them, and for billing and our own business records.
Text messages (SMS)
If you agree to receive them, we text the phone number you give us with updates about jobs you have booked with us: when your job is confirmed, when our crew is on the way, and when the job is complete. That is usually no more than three messages per job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business — website and database hosting, email delivery, and text message delivery — who use it only to provide those services to us, and where the law requires it.
Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies it needs to work: keeping our staff signed in to our scheduling system and remembering a light or dark display preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep job records for as long as we need them to run our business and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Access is limited to our staff, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold.
