Brownwood Pumps Job Updates
Text messages about your concrete pumping job
When you book a concrete pump with Brownwood Pumps, you can choose to get text updates about that job. They are only about jobs you have booked with us — we do not send marketing texts.
How you sign up
Customers book by phone. While booking your job, our office asks:
“Would you like Brownwood Pumps to text you updates about this job? We'll text when it's confirmed, when our crew is on the way, and when it's done — up to three texts per job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out anytime.”
If you say yes, we record it on your job in our scheduling system, with the date and the name of the staff member who recorded it. Only customers who have said yes are texted. If you say no, you won’t be texted, and it makes no difference to your booking — agreeing to texts is never a condition of booking a job with us.
What you’ll receive
Up to three texts per job, from our toll-free number:
- When your job is confirmed: “Brownwood Pumps: your concrete pump is confirmed for Tue, Oct 6 at 7:00 AM. Job 1026-A4N8. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- When our crew is on the way: “Brownwood Pumps: your pump crew is on the way. Job 1026-A4N8. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- When the job is complete: “Brownwood Pumps: your pour is complete. Thank you for your business! Job 1026-A4N8. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Help and stopping
- Reply HELP to any text, call (956) 961-4078, or email Accts@brownwoodpumps.com.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. You’ll get one text confirming you’re unsubscribed, and no more after that. Reply START to begin again. You can also ask our office to stop texting you at any time.
